Syngenta Crop Protection's newest herbicide, Touchdown Total, has been registered by the U.S. Environmental Protecton Agency. The product is labeled for over-the-top use on cotton, as well as a pre-emergent burndown treatment. Touchdown Total is a nonselective potassium glyphosate herbicide that combats more than 170 species of weeds and grasses, notably lanbsquarters, foxtail, velvetleaf, waterhemp and common and giant ragweed.
