Numerous factors always contribute to any increase in cotton acreage. That is certainly the scenario unfolding as producers begin making decisions on how much cotton to plant in 2010. Based on attractive futures prices for cotton and lower prices for corn, most experts are projecting a sizable increase for cotton acreage in the new season.
