The Missouri Bootheel, a five-county area located in the southeastern part of the state, continues to maintain a national reputation for cotton quality. Producer Jeff Hux of Sikeston and Missouri Extension Research Associate Andrea Jones are optimistic that this trend can continue because of their region’s commitment to this important crop.
